Marketing Consultant

We are Infoz, The IT Initiator, India based Open source software development that is looking to expand, and we need a reliable, capable and ethical sales person to join our team. We have been selling our own projects for 4 years, but have now decided that it is time to leave it to the professional sales people and get on with our core business.

This position has unlimited earning potential, with an uncapped 25% commission on all projects that you bring to us. Ideally, we would like a person who can initially commit to selling 8-10 high quality web projects per month.

A commitment to our business is vital, however, you do not need to work exclusively for us. As long as there is no conflict of interest with competitors, we are happy for you to work flexible hours and with your own methods. We will provide you with all materials that you need, including business cards & promotional material - otherwise it is up to you how you find our clients!

After the client commits to the project, there will be no account management required - we just want you to bring them to us!

This is a great home-based position with the potential to earn some excellent income. For the right person, we can also negotiate a retainer after a 3-6 month trial period.

Because we are a small firm, we ask that only applicants that fit our criteria apply. We do not want to hire any telemarketing agencies or spamming companies. We are an ethical business and are looking for a genuine person with a genuine passion for sales.

This is what we require of our sales person:
Commitment and passion
Sales knowledge about websites, web design & the different features, including a basic understanding of web-related products, a history selling website packages would be ideal
Comfortable with cold calling and approaching businesses
Strong Communication Skills and the ability to use social media effectively

WEB CONTENT DESIGNER

Location:	Nagpur

Description:	The successful candidate will use their experience in preparing marketing material for end users in the online media industry to support our client publications in expanding market reach.
Tasks:	Develop and articulate a Content and Design strategy for client sites, ensuring adherences to their corporate branding and strategy. Improve corporate efficiency and productivity through the development and management of content processes for e-Business and other departments using existing business and/or CMS tools. Proactively manage processes to develop new content, retire content, HTML page creations; and write/edit online content that ensures the best possible user experience. Identify, recommend and manage relationships of third party content/data providers and sponsors for content integration that is aligned with the overall content strategy and e-Business objectives of client enterprises.
Skills:	Knowledge of, and experience with, brand and marketing communications, preferably in the media industry. Sensitivity to the objectives/constraints of internal clients. Experience in the creation of marketing content / marketing messaging, with an emphasis on web content (preference will be given to those with experience in web content management). Consumer marketing experience. Proven project management, decision-making, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with content management software, knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XML, Photoshop, and Flash.
Education:	Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Web Content or Web Designer business required.

PHP DEVELOPER

Location:	Nagpur

Job Description:	The successful candidate will work with the web development team to develop, enhance and upgrade client sites, incorporating web-based (PHP/MySQL) business and content management applications.
Tasks:	Test, debug and integrate application components Design and develop new feature components Prepare technical documentation Collaborate with others in the investigation of expanding user-based interaction functionality Other tasks as assigned.
Skills:	Required: Fluent oral and written English A solid background working with the php scripting language The ability to follow existing programming structures, without deviation or unauthorized modification Demonstrable capacity to work independantly will be an important consideration when hiring for this position Beneficial: A background working in the news publishing or online media industries Javascript experience Macromedia Flash programming Technical writing Customer liasion/support
